Adobe Creative Suite Collection

Adobe is one of the most popular tools used in web designing and development. Although it started as a provider of photo editing tools, it has later expanded to providing some of the most popular web designing tools used today, particularly when the company have acquired Macromedia, the developer for Dreamweaver and Flash.

Today, Adobe have expanded to providing a number of new creative tools which designers and artists of all industry can use. These collection of Adobe products are known as Adobe Creative Suites or CS.

Adobe CS Collections
Adobe Create Suites (CS) is a collection of web designing, video editing, and graphic designing tools developed by Adobe. Since its foundations, a number of new CS collections have also been introduced in the market.

Adobe Creative Suite 1 and 2
Adobe CS 1 was released in September of 2003, while CS 2 way released in April of 2005. Between 1 and 2, there isn’t any change with their collection of Adobe tools. According to many Web design Philippines specialists, these include: Adobe Bridge, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe inDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Version Cue, Adobe Acrobat, as well as a number of designing guides as well as training tools.

Adobe Creative Suite 3
Adobe CS 3 was announced in March 27, 2007 which also introduced a number of new features, such as universal binaries for all major programs for the Apple Macintosh as well as all of the core applications from Macromedia Studio and Production Studio.

Adobe Creative Suite 4
Adobe CS 4 was announced in September of 2008 and was made public in December of the same year. According to many Web design Philippines experts, CS 4 featured the same user interface which many professionals have used, but introduced a new tabbed interface for working with concurrently running Adobe CS4 programs where multiple applications can be opened inside multiple tabs contained in a single window.

Adobe CS 4 is also said to perform better with 64-bit and multi-core processors. Although not all tools are natively 64-bit applications, other tools such as Adobe After Effects CS4 and Adobe Premiere Pro CS4 have been optimized for 64-bit computers. As for MAC OS, there were no 64-bit version of CS4 available.
